I ran it for a limited time - mostly to see if it would even work. I was thrilled by the results of my clients, but it took a lot of time and energy for me to run. So I put it on hold for a while, looking for a way to replenish myself and still be of service to my clients. In the interim, I developed several training tools and courses that still allowed me to reach and teach, but in a more sustainable way.

That's when I realized that I was actually laying the groundwork for the next evolution of my program.

What I do isn’t for the faint of heart

See, there are a lot of people that say they want a successful business, but really just want more ideas that they’ll never use. They make excuses about why they tried something (once) and it failed for them, so it must be lousy advice.  They talk a good game, but won’t do the real work to be successful. They want some kind of ‘magic pill’ to make everything perfect.

That’s not how I roll.

In fact, I must have some kind of lucky charm or something because, for the most part, my clients are smart, savvy, and willing to do the work to grow a profitable, sustainable business - one that gives them the freedom they crave and the income they desire. I’ve been coaching for nearly 10 years now, and I’ve found that my best clients are willing to work if you show them strategies that get the job done.

Because I'm steeped in the context of your life and work, it's easier for me to step back and see the bigger picture. When patterns from your past come back in the present moment, we can spot them and work together to make shifts and transitions that break through those old patterns to create more empowering habits and choices for you and your business.

  • I ask very good questions.

I ask the right (sometimes tough) questions to figure stuff out and show you what you might not otherwise see on your own. The thing about focus is that if you’re too close to an object, you can’t focus on it. If you’re too far away from an object, you can’t see it. The questions I ask, and the ideas I provide always seem to provide just the right perspective for my clients.

I take very little credit for these gifts. They are part of the package that God gave me to help people. I have lots of other traits and skills that I've honed over the years, but these three gifts are what really set me apart as a coach and mentor.
