Fix This Next

Lesson Fifteen helps you focus and avoid shiny object syndrome by using a model called "Fix This Next". Based on the work of Mike Michalowicz, I've customized this for creative entrepreneurs. Most folks in the Apprenticeship will need extra focus in the first two stages of the model, so that's where we'll put most of our attention today.

1. Take the Fix This Next Assessment and Determine your best next fix.
2. Listen to the corresponding podcast episode for your fix (see below).
3. Use the OMEN approach to determine how you'll fix it.
4. Take ONE action and see what happens.
5. Celebrate your wins. If you're in A-Club, be sure to celebrate in the group!
