Your Assignment

Remember that EVERYTHING is an opportunity for awareness!

1. Create a process doc for one recurring activity in your business (or have your team member do it)
2. Train your team member on it (or have them cross train someone else)
3. Have the trainee repeat the process until they are proficient and empower them to handle this task from now on. Track your results.
4. Celebrate your wins. If you're in A-Club, be sure to celebrate in the group!
